Natalie was simply phenomenal!! She helped us sell a student rental property while we were living out of state. We were blown away by how quickly we got an offer, especially in this climate, and it’s all thanks to Natalie’s attention to detail on the listing and seamless work with our property management company and tenants. Similar houses remain on the market but Natalie gets what buyers are looking for and knows Ann Arbor selling points. We will absolutely be using her again in the future.
